The Gender Medicine industry needs to be stopped and the people involved need to be thrown in jail. They know damn well these surgeries don't cure the dysphoria, and they know damn well making faux-vaginas from inverting dicks or making faux-dicks from forearm skin is barbaric and unnecessary and will never ever come even close to the real thing. They are selling expensive pipe dreams to mentally ill people, and this industry, and the culture that enables this shit, needs to be called out and shut down.

The problem is that to stop the Gender Medicine industry, you have to completely revamp the way the healthcare industry works and take away the profit-driven method it's currently in.

The healthcare industry will never stop this because Gender Medicine is the perfect subscription plan to bleed people/the government paying for it dry: As long as you live, they'll always believe they're ONE treatment and ONE surgery away from finally being the anime girl of their dreams. And when they finally get that one surgery and it doesn't work? Well, then there's the next surgery that'll surely do it, and the next one, and the next one...and unlike normal plastic surgery addicts who can't stop trying to make themselves their idealized view of "perfection", they can't just learn to accept their body the way it is or NOT get the surgery or else they'll kill themselves if they don't, so you'll have reason to tell them they can never give up before the next surgery happens.

You’re right, Ollie London talked about it recently on Triggernometry, describing how he travelled the world getting doctors to do more and more extreme facial surgeries until he finally realised what a massive mistake he had made.
