Kaling got her entire career through an NBC diversity quota programme. The rich, privately -educated, daughter of an architect and doctor got handed her job because of her skin colour and genitals.

She has zero right to lecture anyone on privilege as she is more privileged than probably 98% of all the people in the US. Remember that anytime she tells some boo-hoo story of being oppressed or having to push through “the glass ceiling” or some such shit, she literally got her entire career because of her melanin and vagina.

And her brother pretended to be black to get into medical school because he was too thick to do it as an Asian.
