I guess noone bought that game and it flew under the radar, seeing as nobody is complaining that Elaine and Guybrush are a happy couple and they support each other, and she doesn't one-up him or makes snarky comments or is better than him at his job. Just a fully realized grown up married woman with no bone to pick with men.
