Anyone else would have been fired/locked up for doing half the things he did, and yet they seem to be getting rid of everyone EXCEPT him. I believe in Clownfish Tvs theory that he has blackmail material on someone, either that or Bizarro is running the company.

No, it seems the simplest explanation is true: Because they said the holy 'they/them', they can literally get away with murder because if you try to stop them, the TTTTTTTTTTTTTTQlgb+ will throw a tantrum and make it their mission to ruin you.
