To answer my own question, there's r/NoahGetTheBoat. Also r/walkaway, r/wayofthebern, r/tucker_carlson accept anti-tranny content but it has to have some mainstream appeal (i.e. no 'euphoria boners' and deep tranny lore). OTOH, r/stupidpol and r/kotakuinaction completely banned even mentioning trannies (regardless of sentiment). Good for them, at least they won't get banned.
