Shit, I got banned for less...twice!

One: I dared to criticize Discovery on the Star Trek sub. The conversation was over representation and all I said was that I think they're just shoehorning in gay, trans and non-binary characters without decent stories. Subjects that previous incarnations managed to do with good storytelling already.

Two: I said that a black teen who raped and beat two women, (one an elderly woman who died, the other a teen who survived, but is now blind, deaf and mute), wasn't terrifying to me, but a coward who should get the death penalty. Auto-banned for threatening violence.

Based and based. Reddit cannot handle that.

Very funny that your second account was banned for "promoting violence" meanwhile a lot of Redditors want violent things to happen to their opponents.

"getting the death penalty" implies an arrest, arraignment and successful prosecution. How is that "threatening violence"?

It was a bot, which is also infuriating. I had to appeal and over a week later they lifted the ban. These platforms depend entirely too much on AI that often doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
