So if girls don't identify with barbie and boys with GI Joe they're some degree of "trans"? But yeah, this ideology is totally not about reductive, sexist stereotypes....

Note: #5 and #7 have some unusual anomalies.

.#7 is a misshapen shoulder hunch, and #5 is a duckbilled frump.

Both have short tree trunk legs, and elongated torsos.

The artist seems to suggest these folks have visible problems.

But combine the two, and you get perfection.
A yellow man-shape, with reduced leg spacing.

The extreme-man region is reserved for darker complected men.

Apparently, they prefer the lighter-complected variety.
Or maybe they were going with the GI Joe camo. Maybe both.

Edit: It's probable that #9, is also black. You won't find many White, Asian or Hispanic fellas wearing that much purple.
