If I had to pick between the two, I'd go with tax cuts. Tax cuts benefit everybody, including gay people. Besides, if a gay teenager has a homophobic family, the best you can do for him is encourage him to learn a skill, like plumbing or electrical work. That will help that gay teenager earn enough money to move out at 18 and be away from his homophobic family. But apparently that would also make this young homo independent from the government, which these (((LGBT organisations))) clearly don't want.
