This is extremely insensitive to people who can't swim. They are more likely to drown in swimming pools and that causes them a lot of anxiety. Let's make the world safe for them by banning all swimming pools.

Hold up now, swimming pools are fun. I think we'd better served by banning all people who can't swim. And if they object too hard to that, they'll be banned to the bottom of those very pools. I mean, it's not like they'll be coming back up after for more complaints, right?
