No. Humans have behaviours and instincts like every other animal, and like every other sexually dimorphic animal some of these behaviours and instincts are synonymous with the two different body types that comprise the species. What they are doing is learning to mimic the opposite sex, something that also occurs in nature, typically as a mechanism for gaining access to females that would otherwise be unavailable to them.

No. They are trying to learn the behaviours of a cartoon. Women don't flutter their eyes and give everyone slow, warm smiles. We in fact do dismissive smile and nods, when we meet people who we acknowledge we know but don't want to engage with. Men do big warm smiles when they see someone they are happy to see.
