Loads of them seem to love "not looking like a real woman but simply resembling one with working penis and balls" though.

Are they though? They have no other choice but to settle for these "made in China" solutions. There is nothing out there that can make them look like a real woman. If there was a solution for that I think many of them would gladly take it.

There would still be the problem of hormones causing depression though.

I was doing some light research on the subject of cross-sex hormones and they potentially do WAY more damage than just causing depression. It's genuinely terrifying, and it seems like most of the people who are put on these hormones are not fully informed of the side effects.

Can’t wait for the opiod-epidemic-like court cases where judges rule that doctors couldn’t possibly have known of the negative effects of cross sex hormones cause it was, like, totally new and all and no one had tried it to know of the consequences before.
