I think it literally means goblin, in the sense of the fantasy monster race.

Edit: To be clear, I'm not saying this person literally IS a goblin, I'm saying they THINK they literally are a goblin. I'm not agreeing with their insanity, merely specifying what I think their brand of insanity is. I realized after I posted that that some people might could read my post and think I was saying I believed this person was actually a goblin.
