Tell people that you're sterilizing feebleminded people, you're a Nazi.

Tell people you're special if you agree to be sterilized, and you'll have all the dumb people in the world, not even just feebleminded, beg you to sterilize them.

If you've been groomed from a small child by your munchausens mother to think you will die if you don't get castrated it counts as forced.

I bet the Munchausen Mothers of the 80s, 90s and 00s are kicking themselves, going through all the hassle of poisoning their children and lying to doctors when they could have just dressed them up and told them they were the opposite sex and the social and medical authorities would have bent over backwards to accommodate them.

In the 90's they took kids away from parents who dressed them as the opposite sex as it's indicative of abuse.

Screwing up a kid's identity is a great way to torment them and keep them under control.
