If the majority of trans people know that the surgical penis/vagina is nothing like a biological one,why are 97% happy with getting surgery then?

Def feels like a point of no return. Well more likely that they off themselves after it's been botched and they now have nothing working properly. I guess if you're dead you can't say you're not happy with it...
