So I was just in Primark in Cambridge and I feel really stupid being emotional about this, but I was trying on some clothes, and it was a unisex changing room which I'm really for and I love that because it makes everyone feel included.

'But twice, two men opened the curtain and walked in on me. Luckily both times I was fully-clothed, but I could easily not have been.'

Let’s just agree that not everyone needs to be included.

Yeah, historically certain 'marginalized groups' have been just that - marginalized, deliberately relegated to the margins of society, for good reason. And now we're seeing why and what happens when you allow them to mingle with the core population.

Just bring back shame.

Transvestites and AGPers used to be ashamed of their fetish and hide that shit from everyone. I say we find the cunt that told them they didn’t have to be ashamed anymore and have a few words.

I think that once members of your community feel able to go out in public in diapers or dressed as “puppies” your community no longer counts as oppressed in that society and as such you should shut the fuck up about it. Because it really does seem that there is no end to it all, we can dress as puppies and wear diapers? Oh, I have to tell my third grade class about the kinds of sex I like! Oh, let’s invite a drag act to perform for the children.

Bring back shame.

Bring back shame AND bullying. Seriously.

I’m also with you on the “marginalized” BS. They aren’t marginalized. They are privileged. And they’ve reached the point where they’ve mistaken those privileges for rights.

Not sure if I’d advocate for bullying per se, but certainly for a healthy amount of shame.

People have become far too comfortable admitting to doing degenerate shit.

I wonder if it’s like nerd culture, nerd culture (DND, video games, comics etc) used to be great fun but then it stopped being shameful and a bunch of wannabes jumped in to the hobbies and started wanting to change everything (to make it more diverse or gay or some shit) and ruined it. I wonder if all the long term degenerates are fed up with the newcomers coming into their fetishes and ruining it for them.

As the saying goes, don’t tear down a fence until you know why someone put it up to begin with.

My first thought is it's an accident like when someone forgets to lock the bathroom door and there's an awkward oops sorry moment.

"The first time was as they walked in they did it and the second time, was like one of them said to the other, "Have you tried it on, can I see?" and he opened it.' "

Seems a bit creepy. I think this situation is mitigated by having sex separate changing rooms or honestly if you're going for the unisex ones make them more private. Have a door instead of just a curtain.

Unisex changing rooms can make a lot of sense in some retail environments but you do have to make considerations for people's privacy. It's better in small open floor spaces where you don't really have the real estate to divest in large changing rooms but small enough that anyone being a creeper will quickly get seen and called out by staff and other customers. Large retail spaces afford too much opportunity to disappear.

I'll admit I've never had problems in unisex ones, but that's cause they'd boot anyone trying that shit. If the curtain is closed you leave it alone or they'll kick you out. Frankly you'd be lucky not to be banned. That could be the staff keeping an eye on it and making people less likely to try something when there are consequences and someone watching the area.

Yeah, in changing rooms like that the guys just put cameras up and watch you remotely. It's a lot less bother.

Also why the fuck does anyone else need to feel included on my shopping trip?

Anytime I've used changing rooms like that everyone leaves the curtains alone if it's clearly occupied. Pretty sure if a random tried that they'd be booted from any normal shop unless it's a very small child and even then they'd get a stern talking to.

"Unisex is great because it makes people feel included!"
...until it directly impacts YOU and suddenly its now unsafe.
One of the replies quoted even says that they're torn because "they want everyone to feel included but also want everyone to feel safe". Pick ONE. To ensure safety, there must be exclusion. Some people shouldn't be "included"

Yes, it’s a fairly simple concept but one that some people just refuse to engage with. If you include everyone, that includes the rapists and murderers. If you would rather not be raped and/or murdered, then you have to exclude some people, even if their feelings get hurt.

I think most men, myself included, have no problem with being excluded from women’s toilets, changing rooms and fitting rooms, and those that do, are definitely the ones that should be excluded.

And no asking for pronouns? How did she dare to assume their gender as male???

Be feminist Get everything you want Still not enough Decide to be sore winner Become woke Support anti male, anti family, anti white rhetoric and degeneracy in order to punish people you don’t like

End result is you can’t even have a safe space to try on clothes and dudes in dresses are telling you they are better at being women than you are.

Any pervert can say I'm whatever just to gain entry into woman's bathrooms and changing rooms.
