Some of it is narcissistic bait. They post something truly absurd but since its pro trans they either get loads of support and affirmation, or they get "TERFS" (normal people) responding reasonably, which they use to validate their own "oppression".
Both outcomes push them further into their delusion.

Yeah, they hide the truly fucked up shit they believe in behind thinly veiled "jokes". If a troon tweets "God I want to rape cis women", they'll then tweet "lmao at all the transphobic people in my replies thinking I'm serious". But you know it's something they actually fantasize about. Fucking sick.
