Sex "changing" is a solution looking for a problem. We found out we can fuck around with the human body enough to turn someone into a simulacrum of the opposite sex and are overeager to find some excuse for using this tech. GD isn't a distinct disorder, it's just a form of BIID, the only difference is with GD we reinforce the mental delusions of the patient. It's malpractice and any doctor preforming or prescribing these "treatments" is violating their Hippocratic Oath.
