This exactly. They can’t stand that this is a women’s issue, and want to hog their way back to being the center of attention. It’s one of the most obnoxious behaviors that they seem to insist upon performing. And it is a real turn off to people watching. It also emphasizes the fact that high grade narcissism is underpinning the activists. People who complain that they aren’t the center of attention often dress and act like clowns, down to the badly applied makeup. It honestly hurts the community as a whole, as it associates this kind of behavior with them.

It's the opposite. All the abortion rights orgs have been completely ideologically captured. Women aren't allowed to centre their bodies in the abortion issue or refer to abortion as a women's issue.

How anyone can think calling abortions for people identifying as men 'gender-affirming' reflects well on the trans community is mind-blowing.

Also not wanting to get an abortion because the clinic has the word 'woman' in it's name?

Lol at the black woman complaining about being discriminated against because she wore 'masculine' clothing? No one cares lady, get over yourself.

The only valid point is that trans identifying people don't get access to the best healthcare because doctors don't understand trans identities or trans medicine. But what do you expect when you use language to obfuscate reality, purposely lie about your biology and expect others to lie as well, encourage a consumerist model of hormones and surgeries on demand and actively oppose safeguarding? Maybe don't go down a medical pathway if you don't want to deal with doctors.
