And the trans community has nobody to blame but themselves. If they hadn't groomed so many children into being trans, then their numbers would still be small enough where they could stay under the radar and get away with their crazy shit. But now the cat's out of the bag, and they have pissed-off detransers and parents and child welfare groups to fight with. Careful what you wish for.

You are forgetting the issue that 80% of troons are narcissists who want to be the centre of attention at all times. They aren't capable of staying under the radar.

They are complete narcissists and only care about validating their own gender ID. The children are collateral damage in that by convincing the medical establishment that their gender ID starts as a baby it legitimizes them and they will trans babies to prove it.

These people are sick:

According to Dr. Ehrensaft, a baby girl tearing barrettes out of her hair repeatedly is supposedly sending a “gender message” about her true identity as a trans boy.

Quote from the article:

The Gender Dysphoria Alliance focuses on people who detransition, regret their transition, or desist from it. Other groups in the field include 4thWaveNow and Canadian Gender Report (also known as GCCan), whose president, Grace Lidinsky-Smith, shared her story with Newsweek readers in 2021:

In my early 20s, I became depressed and gender dysphoric after years of obsessing over identity issues. Finally, I thought I saw my route forward: the total transformation of medical transition, to live as a man. I had the most supportive possible environment for transitioning: easy access to hormones, an affirming community and insurance coverage. What I didn't have was a therapist who could help me scrutinize the underlying issues I had before I undertook serious medical decisions. Instead, I was diagnosed with gender dysphoria and given the green light to start transition by my doctor on the first visit. I started my transformation with cross-sex hormones injections. Four months later, I had my breasts removed in the masculinizing surgical procedure known as "top surgery." The day I got my first testosterone shot, I wept with joy. I thought I had discovered my path to self-actualization as a transgender man. One year later, I would be curled in my bed, clutching my double-mastectomy scars and sobbing with regret.

Hope this gets wider coverage and when people push back against irreversible medical "treatment" they aren't tarred and feathered for having an opinion counter to the current popular (dangerous) trend.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again point out that the good Dr Ehrensaft was involved in the Satanic Panic. That alone should have been the end of any career in that or any related field.

The issue is that it was shown that people abused as kids have loads of problems such as autoimmune issues, ADHD, disassociation from their own bodies, lack of emotional control, etc more than the general population.

Some particularly stupid doctors then decided to turn it round so that if any of these wide range of issues appeared in kids they must have been abused. Then they all got burnt for that but rather than address their basic error they just looked for a new hidden cause and found trans bullshit.

The fact is a lot of difference issues in early childhood can present the some of same range of mental and physical problems as child abuse such has having a parent die, a parent having depression, being bullied at school or just having a mother who isn't interested in them.

Reminds me a lot of the Bell case in the UK. Basically said the same thing about the lack of pushback leading them down that path. It's sad that the same thing keeps happening.

The complete lack of vetting is shocking. It seems they're setting up the system for the small minority of people who will persistently be trans their whole life where transition is their least undesirable solution to the disphoria at the expense of the majority where such thoughts will desist after puberty and the kid gets used to their adult body.

I think there's more to the trans thing than simply gender dysphoria. I think kids are terrified of growing up and going through puberty and adults are simply enabling the coddling of a generation. It's like when you have a puppy and you get them fixed young they don't mature into an adult dog personality wise and stay as a kind of perpetual puppy.

Your second paragraph hits the nail on the head. Puberty blockers just prove it. They went from being used to prevent serious long-term health issues from precocious puberty that outweighed the possible side-effects of the drugs, to being used because people just don’t want to go through puberty, which is literally tantamount to not wanting to grow up.

Seriously, in cases like these pushback isn't transphobia, it's trying to get to the root of your problem to fix it. Look at Tavistock being sued by over 1000 families for putting them on a medical pathway. More of these families would've been helped with their kid having a regular therapist and talking through their issues. Now they're stuck with some lifelong issues because someone was overeager about forcing them on that path, they're the adult they should act like it. Which sometimes means being the bad guy and saying no/after you've had proper therapy to fix the other issues you have going on.

Everyone would benefit then, the people who will remain trans might have some other issues sorted while being put on the right pathway and everyone else will be dropped on the medical side.

Frankly I think we need to hold the doctors accountable for this sort of thing. A lot of doctors in this business I think are pushing profits over the well being of their patients and should be investigated. Some of the stuff I've seen should get their license to practice rescinded. There's a reason why people used to fly off to Thailand and places with loose regulations to get their gender transitions done by sketchy doctors that wasn't just price. Most principled doctors aren't going to perform things like gender nullification surgery on clearly troubled individuals the same way they don't perform elective amputations for people who decide they just don't want their limbs anymore. Greed in the medical industry is driving this. To call these people doctors is an insult to the practice of medicine.

I wouldn't be rejoicing just yet, some people have pointed out the statement from the AAP very much reads as if watchful waiting is what they've been doing all along. I'm not going to be holding my breath for anyone from the medical establishment taking responsibility. Because taking responsibility means admitting wrongdoing which opens them up to litigation

I lost faith in the medical community when I saw all these fat people getting their stomachs stapled or banded and it was deemed as a miracle cure to obesity. I know quite a few people who had the surgery and while they all lost weight every single one of them eventually gained it all back or are even bigger. Why? Because the medical community never thought to treat the underlying condition on what got these people fat in the first place. Now I see the exact same thing being done to children with their transitioning.

I REALLY want to see it coming to an end, lives of children being saved from this trans bullshit, getting real help for those suffering from anxiety/PTSD/dysphoria and not validating their delusions, people coming back to that state when no one would be cancelled or attacked for saying there are only two genders, no men in women sports etc.

The world had enough. Well, primary the “Western world” but that’s where it is going on - I don’t think it ever had a chance of big spread to other regions or it would be ever accepted elsewhere.
