They’re starting to admit that monkeypox is a sexually transmitted infection (STI), something that pretty much everyone, except the experts, already worked out.

Puts a totally different spin on this story, doncha think?

Experts knew this the entire time. People who are in charge of messaging decided it was homophobic.

You can transfer the virus by touching and sex is a form of touching.

They found the virus is more prevalent in semen and saliva than on the surface of the skin in a study published in July, meaning that it was far more likely to have been passed about through fluid exchange than simple touching as claimed and had safe sex and a bit of restraint been practiced it would not have spread as much as it has.
