It's probably almost impossible to have legit gender dysphoria without autism. Even most gay people have it. All of these and a few other disorders that always seem to co-occur have been suspected of being caused by a bad mixture of prenatal hormones.

But the trenders are also more commonly autistic, because their more vulnerable social skills make them more susceptible to gender propaganda. The rigid tendency to follow rules may also make them feel like they have to strictly conform to gender norms and label themselves as such.

I think it's something like autistic people are x6 more likely to be trans according to a study. Though they're not sure about the why yet. It could be a brain setup thing or it could be the rigid tendencies, it could be both or neither. Def interesting though.

I think u/Vulptex was pretty close to the reason being socially based; the gender cult is the first cult to catch on autistic people are beginner mode to get into a cult/hate group, because they want nothing more than to have friends and a place in this world where they belong. If you're a cult, they're easy to get with that since it's just "ingratiate yourself into someone's life, make them have those things, then by the time you introduce the crazy shit in there, you're their friend and they'll fight for you just because of that."

Not to mention the fact that autistic people tend to fixate on things that pique their interest. If you get an autistic person interested in transgenderism, he or she will devote a chunk of their waking lives to it.

Of course, I’d say that most autistic people are not trans or know that it’s bullshit. An autistic person could go by the biological and accurate perspective of sex and not care if his or her perspective makes a troon angry. Also, a lot of troons are not autistic, but self- diagnose themselves as such so they can have more oppression points.

Yeah I have autism and see gender identity as bullshit

Exactly. A lot of autistic people are capable of seeing shit for what it really is.

I think some autistic people might feel discomfort with various things associated with gender roles and perceiving of men and women in society, due to their relation with social norms and social codes but keep in mind that:

  • SJWs are making autism “trendy”, meaning they want to render it into another community akin to the sexuality/gender ones

  • unfortunately the autism community has some woke people into it as well (and some people are silenced; I’ve seen autistic people on Reddit unhappy with what’s going on and not being able to tell what they want to - though that is a problem growing in various communities, not only these centered around autism or other disabilities)

  • various people, also young ones, might be autism larpers due to feeling that claiming various quirks or feelings similar to the spectrum mean self-diagnosis, and asking for validity makes you “a nazi”

  • there is a degree of infantilisation of autistic people (and maybe something I’d call “wokenization”) - pushing the idea that they are more likely to be queer, etc.

Even though I’m not autistic, I feel it’s gross how the wokeness is poisoning minds of people who just want to get help of find people with similar experiences. This is not only bad for the actual autistic individuals but also bad for others who are clueless enough to start to associate this woke bullshit with autism and think that every autistic person is prone to not understand a concept of gender/sex etc.
