I feel bad that someone committed suicide, but the answer to his issues was not to pretend he was a woman. I wish he would've gotten the REAL help he needed, not the flowery lies people get nowadays.

I warned a fella on Reddit not to go down this path, that he was obviously troubled and needed help but that the "help" these people offer isn't it. Got my IP blocked on Reddit for that.

What do you mean "hardware"? I don't think reddit can see your Mac address or anything like that.

I’m not sure if it’s the same on Macs — though I assume it must be — but Windows computers have their serial numbers stored digitally on the OS, and hardware bans detect and block that serial number
