Let them LARP
Honestly? Yeah. So long as it's not doing me or society at large any harm. You want to believe burning sage will bring you fortune in life? Whatever, I'm going to think it's fucking dumb, but I'm not going to say you can't do it. I don't see how the witches thing is more stupid than a good number of other superstitions or religious beliefs. I see something like aromatherapy as more harmful, at least when you're presenting it as legitimate medicine rather than complimentary stress relief.

Oh, most definitely. But in the same way I have the right to tell them that, they have the right to keep believing it. Up until either of our beliefs (or in my case lack of) start to affect each other. "I can't do that, it goes against my beliefs". Cool whatever, I'm going to make fun of you for it and I expect you to respect it so long as I'm not actively trying to stop you from expressing your beliefs. "You can't do that, I don't believe in it". Nah, fuck off.
If some women with green hair want to meet up in the woods, wearing robes and acting like they're hexing Trump by dancing around the maypole I'm not going to say they can't, so long as they're not disturbing anyone. I'll still laugh at them if I come across it.
