Shes a well spoken woman and her art points out truths that obviously make trans people squirm ("you dont need to cut off your breasts to have short hair"/"nobody is born in the wrong body" are my favourites.)

Tempted to do something to support her. Shes doing well to stand up to this bullying and not give in

She is awesome, seen her around on Twitter and she definitely has no problem speaking out against the grain. I plan on buying some of her merch.

Just this weekend a local paper in Norwich was reporting lies about razor blades being hidden under some of her stickers attached to lampposts (which seems to be one of those myths that just won't die)

How dare this woman...make art. The worst sin of all. If you're too fragile to look at art without breaking down or crying transphobia that's a new level of pathetic.

Damn murder art seems neat. How does it kill them? Do they look at it and scream as they just find the painting murdering them? Does the frame fall on them and only them?

Death by portrait would be a way and a half to go lol.

How does it kill them

It's sort of Dorian Gray meets Death Note. Once the painting is complete they just sort of poof out of existence

lol.

Painting shows a naked man and they can't look at it anymore before stumbling into a fireplace. The horror of calling a man a man really got to them in the end.

Same as it always does. The painting doesn't talk about them, they get sad, they hurt themselves, it's everyone else's fault they did it, the artist is BASICALLY now a murderer. I mean, this person would be alive if you didn't make them sad and make them hurt themselves, QED...

She's been a target for years now. The arts community is especially Woke. I believe she's in the UK? I wonder if things are taking a turn with all the recent developments over there...

There are definitely a number of artists who have managed to bounce back, though even then their stores often end up getting targeted either in person or online. Jess de Wahls is another one, her work was removed from the Royal Academy then put back in. There's at least one artist who works in ceramics, whose name fails me right now

Yeah it's really strange how one-note and pc it has become. It's certainly not interesting in particular anymore.
