Ehhh...not really. We can detect if someone has learned how to play Super Mario Bros., but we still can't figure out what the differences are between the sexes, or if there even are any that aren't hormonal. But what does make them seem so different is how everything humans do is trying to look attractive for the other sex. Look at young kids or people with autism and you won't find such a huge gap.
