    No way. Nobody, trannie or not, is getting in my face like that without taking some lumps. It wouldn't have even gotten the third or fourth word out. I don't argue. I fight. Not proud of it, but it's the way I am and it is what it is.

    That's not to say I would have started anything. I've never started a fight in my life, I just have no problem finishing one.

    In a lot of instances you would be more than justified to start swinging when someone is in your face like this. There's a difference between assault and battery. The troon is assaulting the man, and he should have just knocked his fat ass out. Now the troon might get an assault AND battery charge.

    That's exactly what I'm saying.

    In all fairness we don't have the context here. That guy could be hammered and saying all sorts of shit to the tranny before the video started. Or the tranny is self persecuting(highly likely) and lost its shit because it felt like it was being looked at funny. Which probably also happened because let's face it, it's disgusting.

    Either way, you get in my face and threaten me you better be ready for some action, very little talking will happen. None if I can help it. The only difference here, is I wouldn't have started anything with the Troon, I don't give a fuck either way what you like to fuck, just stay away from my kids.

    Tip for the kids, if you're gonna start some shit, put your wallet and keys away and for fucks sake don't wear sandals, this guy was ripe for the picking, he was just yelling at a pussy.

    When someone like this is mad at you, your life is already ruined. They WILL go home, they WILL whine online, and they WILL make it their life's mission to see your life ruined. They will find someone at your workplace who will fire you just to shut the bastard up, they will find whoever they can to shame your family and friends into shunning you (and if they refuse because you're in the right, they'll do the same thing to them). They don't care, and they WILL see your life ruined.

    Why add an assault charge to the whole thing? Even if everyone in the world can see you're in the right, innocent until proven guilty gave way to "court of public opinion", which has begat "whoever whines the loudest and has the most oppression points is right", so you WILL be thrown in jail for the rest of your life for daring defy the asshole, by a jury of people who know your life's already forfeit for the crime of defying them, but if they vote against you their life is forfeit too.

    Those are all good points, but, it feels like you're reaching pretty hard. Most "fights", in this case it would be a quick beating, don't end up in arrest. Plus, there are just too many variables for a lot of this to happen. For one, I can't fire myself, two, I don't surround myself with people that would ostracize me for this, and third, it's geographical.

    I think you're giving them way too much credit for their capabilites here.

    This would end with a lumped up trannie and me driving away to never think about it again.

    With that said, you capture the mindset of a mentally ill hesheit pretty well, I just don't think it translates to reality like this, in a case like this.
