I can only speculate, but this is either quite old or possibly fake. What stands out to me is that OOP is supposedly so deep in the gender cult ("both of them are women and lesbians, just like me or any other cis lesbians") but she says "transwoman." Leaving out the space in trans woman is quite the faux pas that I'm sure Lia would have educated OOP on before this post came to be.
