"girl" a girl is a biological female in adolescence, infancy, or childhood. In other words, a biological female aged 0-19 is a girl, and they never were girls, and never will be women. Many such cases where I see men infantilise grown young women in their 20's and 30's as "girls" and teenagers as "women". But, I never seen somebody infantilise women more than I've seen troons do so.
