The reduction in support is pretty fucking simple to understand, provided you don't have your head up your ass in denial; troons (and their apologists) showed the world what they would do to everyone around them the moment that they got anything less than absolute submission to their every demand.

Pro-tip: foaming-at-the-mouth death threats and incitements to violence against notable public figures isn't a good look for your cause.
