After seeing the post-surgery vagina pictures mentioned elsewhere, I can't think of anyone who could bare to look at such a thing, let alone want to fuck it.

To me, it is no different to Ed Gein wearing of skin from dead bodies or the guy in Silence of the Lambs fashioning a girl-suit from human skin.

That was just horrific.
