Sometimes you see a troon's before-and-after pic and you mourn the loss of a very good looking man or woman.

Once I saw sorta-opposite... The person was claiming to become a good looking girl. Well. Still didn't look like a girl, but losing the stupid little beard and growing out hair made "her" into a much better looking dude.
