Also how exactly would a scientist know how someone who's dead gender identity was?I swear this madness is going to let criminals get away with murder because they'll be too busy trying to find anything about a person's gender identity than the sex.

I mean, they already are getting away with rape, or worse, being sent into rape heaven (men sent to women's prison)
