Lockdown really just drug everything into the light. I think being exposed before the normies really warmed up to it at least threw some obstacles up.

That's a good point. I've heard this crap was already well under way even before 2015/2016, the pandemic must have just dragged it out into the open. The light reveals the dirt, for sure.
