Israel’s the only country in the world that was founded as a safe space for a particular race/ethnicity though and is also the only country to feel threatened by any demographic growth of another people and takes active measures to prevent that so that it forever remains a largely exclusive Jewish “safe space”. (Hence why a one-state solution where they give the Palestinian refugees the Right Of Return is unnegotiable for them)

Founded on? No. That's pretty much a direct, and entirely logical, response to the rest of the world (but Europe particularly) dumping on them whenever it was convenient to do. Basically, "screw you guys, I'm going home," but writ large. IMO, quite different from a bunch of emotionally fragile snowflakes fucking off into an echo chamber where they can circlejerk each other uninterrupted.

By that logic any one race that experiences a significant amount of racism deserves their own segregated safe space, so I guess now the BIPOC can demand their very own state if they whine hard enough to the UN for it.

We live in the real world though and sometimes you just gotta suck it up, because that’s what being part of a pluralistic, democratic society is all about.

Self-imposed segregated “safe spaces” are never logical or a good idea, regardless of whether they take the form of a small closed off area on a college campus/convention center or an entire country.
