"Fe/male-Bodied" (compound noun)

An outdated term that is often used synonymously with AFAB/AMAB. This term is viewed negatively by most of the transgender community. It reinforces ideas of what constitutes "fe/male" that are discriminatory of trans people. "Wo/men" have "fe/male" bodies regardless of their trans status. The same can be applied to the terms "biological wo/men". Wo/men are both biologically and genetically women, regardless of their trans status.

This shit is so insane to me. Because there is a very, very small percentage of the population that doesn't feel 100% at home in the bodies they were born in, everyone else in the world is supposed to ignore science and play along with and reinforce their delusions.

How are there so many people that play along with this? Are they just so obsessed with being viewed as a "good person" that they're terrified of being critical?

Maybe once more issues and bigger issues arise from going along with this more people will start voicing opposition.

They're mad that people have needs based on their sex. And that these need to be dealt with. Like I'm gonna need a smear test at some point but a male isn't gonna need that lol. Sex matters. Gender doesn't.

I'm wondering about that also. The linked article says that Scotland is going to allow people to legally change their sex by signing a document. How the hell is that going to work medically? Are Scottish medical professionals going to be banned from asking the patients sex? Will they have to accept the patients declared sex as fact and blindly treat them as such? With as much as everyone else is expected to play along and entertain these people's delusions, I guess I wouldn't be surprised.

Like a hot mess. Biological sex matters. I recall the incident of one FTM who went to an US E.R. claiming "he" was pregnant and in potential danger of miscarriage. The nurse, confused by the beard, thought she was dealing with an actual man suffering from psychosis and so failed to provide proper care. The FTM lost her baby.

Also the UK NHS failed to call FTMs for breast cancer and other regular gynecological exams and MTFs for prostate exams, because the local TRA geniuses convinced/strong armed it,to register trans people as the sex they IDed with, not their actual sex.
