"It's not that hard to be a decent person"

Then why is it so hard for you and your ilk?

For real, normal people don't care about misgendering. My sisters husband has been called she so many times and it just makes him laugh.

Hell on the internet practically every woman has been called he or him and didn't have a breakdown over it. It's so pathetic.

[–]TotoroDeams 9 insightful - 3 fun9 insightful - 2 fun10 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

I work a call center, I am a male, I am normal, I get called Ma'am about 70% of the customers, never bothers me.

[–]Haylstorm 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Yeah it's not normal to get that upset over a mistake. Most people I know don't correct if it's a one time interaction (because who cares) or will laugh and correct if they're aware it's someone they'll be talking to more.

Either way no one is upset or offended.

Ya I usually joke around and am like "man, is my voice that high pitch?" or "You know something I don't?" lol

How about just not talking at all to a delusional mentally ill?

Problem solved.

[–]filbs111 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

Ask them if they're mentally ill first.

Annnnd this is why, when a newspaper in my country said a lot of Americans had expressed interest in moving here because of Roe (won’t happen, we can’t even adequately house our own people and our immigration policies reflect that), the comments section was full of people groaning about an influx of insane wokies.

[–]CanisRexbiologically successful 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

let them move to northwest territories and make their own fortunes. See how many are left...those will be the ones that can help your country become better.

Ah, hello my fellow Canadian.

Nice.

[–]Objecting_Sphere 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

It's funny, there are wokies wanting to leave America over Roe (but why not just move to a blue state?) and simultaneously conservatives considering leaving because of the woke shit.

Meanwhile woke shit is going to be the death of the whole anglosphere at this rate.

Lots of Californians moving to the capital here, I pity the people who were living there (because they sure as hell won't after the rent price quadruples). I think it's about time we quarantine wokes somewhere both them and normal people can be safe. Maybe Saudi Arabia.

[–]nautilistic 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

They should be sent to Palestine since they all love the people there so much.

[–][deleted] 8 insightful - 3 fun8 insightful - 2 fun9 insightful - 3 fun -  (1 child)

unfriendly reminder

It's interesting how many people use the guise of being woke to be able to act like awful faggots.

Yet still be boring straights

[–]SMCAB 5 insightful - 7 fun5 insightful - 6 fun6 insightful - 7 fun -  (7 children)

My pronouns are Large Cock and Get Fucked.

I put the word MAN as my pronouns on LinkedIn. I have enough salt for my pool for the rest of my life in my DM's.

[–]ClassroomPast6178 9 insightful - 5 fun9 insightful - 4 fun10 insightful - 5 fun -  (5 children)

I totally stole this from someone else but I put:

I/Me/Mine

Because there’s absolutely no way for anyone to actually use those pronouns for someone else, it’s brain-breaking to even try to do it.

[–]SMCAB 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (3 children)

Haha nice. I love it when they go uh..but...uh..but..uh YOU BIGOT!

[–]Alienhunter糞大名 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

You/You pronouns are also equally fun way to break the system. Though personally I always just leave it blank and tell people my gender identity is none of their business.

[–]LyingSpirit472 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Nah, personally I'm always a fan of:

Pick some ethnic/racial slurs against your group. Say "these are my pronouns. If you use them, you will be cancelled and ruined for bigotry. If you do not, you will be ruined for transphobia. Either way, you lose and I get to cancel you. Checkmate, motherfucker."

[–]nautilistic 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I leave it blank and say I don't believe in gender identity. Because I don't. It's a meaningless fabrication and I'm not playing their games.

[–]filbs111 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

I see what I did there.

[–]jet199 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

You are the hero we need.

[–]iamonlyoneman 8 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 0 fun9 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

so if I'm reading this correctly and I think I am:

  • it causes dysphoria to use he/him or she/her
  • it causes dysphoria to use they/them
  • it causes dysphoria to ask which makes the troon think they don't pass (they don't)

so the solution then, is to not talk to crazy people? But how can we know who to not speak to? They also claim there's no way to tell if someone is trans just by looking at them.

[–]hfxB0oyADon't piss on my head & tell me it's raining. 7 insightful - 3 fun7 insightful - 2 fun8 insightful - 3 fun -  (3 children)

They also claim there's no way to tell if someone is trans just by looking at them.

They wish this were true.

[–]Haylstorm 8 insightful - 2 fun8 insightful - 1 fun9 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

At the same time they also don't. How else will they gain oppression points if no one can tell lol.

I swear a lot of them don't want to be men or women. They want to be Trans.

[–]hfxB0oyADon't piss on my head & tell me it's raining. 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

And I'd actually be way more comfortable referring to them as that category, TBH - as long as they were able to come to this decision of their own free will as adults.

[–]Haylstorm 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

The problem is it's them using it to be manipulative that's a problem. I genuinely don't think the people who're like that are trans, they just want the 'perks' of not being questioned.

I also think it's a problem because I don't think that 'Trans' should be an identity. You can be trans but if you want to live as the opposite sex shouting about it all the time isn't exactly helpful there. I think it harms actual trans people who actually just want to live their lives not shout about 'oppression'.

[–]jet199 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Can some musical/satirical person here please do a cover of the Kinks' Victoria but with dysphoria as the lyric.

Thanks.

[–]LyingSpirit472 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

But how can we know who to not speak to? They also claim there's no way to tell if someone is trans just by looking at them.

No, it's pretty easy to tell people like this. Just look for the type of person who has such an over-inflated sense of self-esteem they not only believe they're the main character , but that this is so self-evident that every person in the world also knows this and they are on everyone in the world's mind every second of every day.

Never forget: The reason they get mad if you use he/him or she/her, use they/them, or ask their pronouns, is because the troon cannot possibly fathom that you aren't obsessed with them enough to already KNOW what pronouns are on their Tumblr.

Hiding behind an anime won't fix your (probably) receding hairline

[–]jet199 4 insightful - 5 fun4 insightful - 4 fun5 insightful - 5 fun -  (0 children)

Yeah, I feel some fat troon got called them instead of "sir" so couldn't smash up the Gamestop but still felt pissed.

[–][deleted] 5 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Well, I hate "singular they" and strongly prefer that people not use it to refer to me. I think that's legitimate.

[–]jet199 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (1 child)

The funny thing about singular "they" is they still want to be spoken about in "they are" plural not "they is".

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

It really gets ugly when a reflexive pronoun us necessary. I've heard "themself," which I don't believe has ever been a real word. It's not like a singular "themselves" works very well, though.

I've started collecting examples of awkward abuses of "they" and "them." Some news organizations seem to be defaulting to these pronouns now for broad categories of individuals. It's extremely widespread when referring to unknown people, but even known people of obvious sex are now being tarnished with the "they/them" designation.

This leads to information-destroying headlines like "local vagrant assaults child and their parent." So the vagrant is the kid's sibling... maybe?

So shit for brains talk.

[–]Q-Continuum-kin 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I've had this experience but I think the issue was because saying "they" is neutral and doesn't sufficiently validate their need to force you to announce you believe their gender ID.

There was a guy who was part of a loose gaming friend circle. He disappeared for some time then came back saying he was now trans. I used "they" to be respectful because i couldn't break the image of him being a guy. Other people in the group who were more bought into the trans stuff tried to use "she" but constantly screwed up and said "he". The person was actually more mad at me.

If in doubt, I'll just default to "fag" and "faggot".

[–]Alienhunter糞大名 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

A friendly reminder that not everyone speaks English. So be sure to ask what someone's preferred language of greeting is before you commit a violent act and say hello without consent.

[–]Femaleisnthateful 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

How many Trans wouldn't get upset about being asked their pronouns outright?

[–]JasonCarswellSisyphus / Ouroboros 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

"Excuse me, but you look very androgynous, so may I ask you your pronouns? Hey, don't get upset at me because you're so ugly that I bothered to be concerned enough to acknowledge you trying something different."

[–]zyxzevn 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

They are all just cunts, dicks and assholes,. So why isn't that in their "pronouns".

We can't call them anything then
