I am reminded of the wisdom of my father and his father before him. "If you think you're sad now, I'll give you something to be sad about." Not that I appreciated it at the time, but there's logic to it. Things can always be worse. We can worry and fret over what is bad and wrong, or we can be happy for what's good. Too many people fall into a negativity trap.
Monty Python said it better.
What do you think? Is it even worth trying to rebuild what we had on r/TiA? And if not, then what is?
The message is important. You, me, everyone, we have to keep trying to bring some goddamned sense back to people. I don't think that platform needs to be tied to Tumblr necessarily.
