Hey, what’s important is not the posts themselves. It’s the impact you had on other people by writing them, right? We all contributed an island of sanity in a sea of authoritarian bullshit.

TiA gave me strength to take my feelings of discomfort about gender ideology seriously. It helped me realize there’s another option outside of keeping your gender or choosing a new one: not subscribing to the idea of gender. I’m female and that’s it.

And who knows, maybe a few TiA outsiders questioned their beliefs. The discussion never stops. It has to keep going.

You're goddamn right. And yeah, I don't want to take away from the number of people who read my posts or found them interesting or useful in some way. But at the same time, I'd kinda like to have both.

And for anyone else who'll find it useful, another user has pointed me to a recovery tool that works on deleted comments:

Unlike Reveddit, this one actually works and is amazing. It recovered all 2679 of my comments, which is an embarrassingly large number of words. But I'm just so happy to have them back!

Okay, I definitely need to touch grass right about now. But not before saving those comments into a format more convenient for archiving.

"TiA gave me strength to take my feelings of discomfort about gender ideology seriously."

I feel this so hard.
