The reason they can't grow double d tits is because cup size on bras is in proportion to the back size and they all have huge man backs, wide shoulders and big ribcages.
If they get tits they point out sideways like fembots on their big, loud, booming masculine ribcages.
The large lung capacity is another advantage in sports as well.
