The Book "Der Kapitalismus - ein System, das funktioniert" from Paul C. Martin.

It's in German, no English version. And it's only available in parts online (http://www.miprox.de/Wirtschaft_allgemein/Der-Kapitalismus.pdf) or at antiquarian bookshops.

Someone should make an English translation.

It describes that capitalism works well - as long as a cycle goes. But these long cycles (horizon 80 - 150 years) - through needed expansion (debt, money and gross national product) - will always bust at the end. PCM describes why the system is not and can not be in balance. And that it's not working without growth.

Further information can be found under the term "Debitismus".
