You're being more misleading than the tweet you cite.

This is a poll by Fox News on "Budget Deal That Includes Money For Barrier, Security and Humanitarian Aid". Not just on the wall. And we can't see what the polled were actually asked.

Also note that the poll included "security" and "humanitarian aid" and depending on how it was asked, it could've been "is having all three of these things better than having none of them?".
