I assume they're trying to say that "girl" TiMs are valid but TiMs that become TiMs in prison aren't valid? Isn't gatekeeping the highest form of violence to these lunatics?

I don't think this person is pro-trans.

I read it as "Why is it that most TIFs realize they're trans while going through puberty, but most TIMs realize they're trans while going through the criminal justice system?"

The first part seems to refer to the recent rise in girls declaring themselves trans around puberty, which is something a lot of trans skeptics have commented on, but in this case it's mostly a setup for a joke at the expense of TIMs.
