Dr. Phil is daytime/GOGETAJOB television as far as I know, never been a prominent evening program in The Netherlands.

Edit: On the same channels during the day are Tarotcard-phone-in-readers, teleshopping etc.

Yeah that's basically the case in the US as well. Definitely daytime TV for idiots, mostly. Which is why I was surprised to see this topic air
