DEI is big business now. Every corporations pays millions for DEI courses and forces it on their employees. None of them have anything to do with work. I work remotely and still had to take a sexual harassment course. Who am I harassing?

On a lighter note, I remember we had a trans person (m2f) give a lecture at my old company. They put posters of her up all over the place, including the elevators. In the pic, she's wearing her sunglasses up on her head in favor of her eye glasses. I made a dumb joke one day in a crowded elevator, "you'd think she would have sprung for transition lenses. represent sister!" The uncomfortable chuckles were palpable. It's like they were afraid someone would hear them laugh. I feel comfortable telling that joke to this person honestly. I thought it was funny.
