There exists a culture of fear within the contemporary left that makes a lot of people critical of social authoritarianism in the name of a misplaced sense of progressivism, but are otherwise afraid to speak out in fear of being ostracised. The Anti-Woke Left community is critical of cancel culture, social shaming, intersectionality, identity politics, the woke left's increasing apathy toward addressing economic inequality and the corporate astroturf and sponsorship of woke movements, as well as other left-wing issues. We are ultimately still a left-wing community, no matter as to how the woke left will brand us.
Centrists, right-wingers and woke lefties themselves are welcome here to discuss and debate, so long as they act in good faith and behave with some measure of civility.
