The voice tracks I believe are from the episode. I don't see any new alien crew, the Bolian is named Chell, he was originally a member of the Maquis serving under Chakotay. Nvm, the green worm navigator is new, and there wasn't an andorian on board.

The episode this depicts is called "Threshold."
