I don't think Fallon has been accused of anything inappropriate. He was mentioned in the lawsuit because he and Sanz emailed her in the beginning concerning her fan club, but Sanz then, allegedly, went on to "groom" and molest her before she was 18 years old. However, she also alleges that this went on in open view and no one stopped him.

If one of your coworkers brought a minor to a party, what would you do? If he started getting handsy with her, what would you do?

It's beyond obvious that entertainment industry people are 100% OK with this. And Jimmy Fallon knew. They all knew. They knew children were being raped and they not only did nothing, but they approved and enabled the abusers.
