Somebody sounds salty over streaming services.
Sir David was speaking at a Digital, Culture, Media and Sport select committee where his policy director, Clare Sumner, claimed that 21 million households pay for a television licence out of choice.
Most people end up paying for a television licence because they feel they have to. In most instances you can tell them to fuck off, don't let them in your house and give them reason to believe you don't have a licence and you're sorted. There's quite a few videos of this happening on YouTube actually, it's quite funny.
Not surprised the chairman of big black cock is making over-75's pay a licence fee for their shitty, outdated television. It's time to buy your grandparents that firestick they wanted for christmas.
