I'd rather decentralize them as much as reasonably possibe, if they are actively listening to sound reasoning and acting on it accordingly.

So that the can begin to start to create measurable values for societies, citizens and their employees again.

Instead of just being a money-mill, so to say,

for the greedy fuck-ups that steer this company.

If they don't wan't to listen to reasoning or only are simulating to:

there always is the option of jokulhaupsing them in the mostly shared interest of the majority of US-citizens.

Lot of ifs and buts in there. I would argue "if" we could get together and collectively make that happen we would have already... "But" I see no evidence that's going to happen.
