I think I would have my inner ear removed before I would off myself. If that didn't work perhaps an auditory nerve ablatement.

My voices always start talking once my tinnitus is there for at least some minutes.

The fucked up thing about tinnitus is that no M.D. I met so far has a reasonable, satisfactory explanation on how a non-physiological tinnitus like mine even develops. Or why it hits when it hits.

Stress is like a non-explanation to me because I heard it much too often.

I can't imagine an unbearable tinnitus. I believe you can get used to anything. It is a force-of-will thing, I believe.

Or maybe not every person is given the same resilience by genetics. It is hard to judge, if anything unbearable even exists.
